Bill Jr. finishes the blue "window" before putting the stenciled stars up (see below). Bill Jr. enjoys working on the scaffolds (much of which is older then he is).

The stars come out as you walk down the isle of this church by using several hand cut stencils.

Bill Jr. also does faux finishes. He learned some from his grandfather and father as well as some from people employed by the company. " The man we hired to do this work was supposed to teach me. He always found something else for me to do. I had to watch him from the balcony of the church to learn how to do it".- Bill Jr.
